Hi, I'm Kat a Web Designer

I’ve been a designer for 10 years and self-employed for 6, so I’ve felt the pressure. I know that my clients are busy, that’s why I keep things simple. I partner with entrepreneurs to create strategic web design solutions, so they can focus on moving the needle in their business, without worrying about the tech stuff.

It all started with a nudist in a coffee shop...

I got my first design job by chance. I had finished a product design course in Milan and moved to London, with big dreams. But when the nudist I met on couchsurfing asked if I could design mobile apps for his agency I quickly replied “Yes!” I joined their small team of web developers as a designer but quickly began client management, sales and marketing (no nudity required 😂)

But the corporate world wasn’t doing it for me creatively

The job was amazing. I travelled across continents to meet with clients and attend trade shows while designing FX & Crypto trading apps. But something was missing for me creatively, so I began to freelance. And let me tell you, starting from scratch was uncomfortable but it was the best thing I ever did.

In a world of hustle, I choose calm

These days everyone seems to always be hustling & chasing the next big thing. I know that your life is stressful, that’s why I’m here to help. When you hire me, you’re not hiring *just* a web designer. I become a partner, part of your team and someone who will give it to you straight.

In my 9 years of experience with corporate businesses & seasoned entrepreneurs, I’ve learnt that by cultivating a long-term, honest and supportive relationship we can drive the best results. I’m calm, generous and anything but traditional.

As I grew my freelance business, I realised that I loved helping entrepreneurs. With the skills I’d built over the years, I could combine my design skills and strategic business thinking to help others grow their businesses to lead the life they’ve always dreamed. I'm not just a Web Designer...

I grew up in Dubai and have lived in over 10 countries including Australia, China and Spain.

In 2017 I came to Berlin for a one month visit as a digit nomad, and never left.

Last year I offered to foster 2 cats for a couple of weeks. I fell in love instantly and they never left.

I love to travel and be outdoors. My favourite trip was a 4 day hiking trip in the North of Sweden - camping in the snowy mountains is something else!
